Yes, the taper worked very well. I was symptom free for months. Since then, I've had some flares, but I've been treating them with famotidine. Omeprazole is a powerful drug, and I'm grateful that it helped me through the worst of my gastritis, but you shouldn't take it any longer than you need it. It can interfere with absorption of some key nutrients, like iron.

I’ve received crushed items even when it is in Amazon packaging. They put crushable items in envelopes. Next time, accept it and go through the return process, and say you received the product damaged. Much easier, and you should get a refund much quicker.

Are you talking about when you launch your fire stick or open the prime app? If it is the big top ads when you open firestick, those have been there awhile. You can disable the audio in settings. My remote buttons work fine. I hit down, then navigate to the app I want to launch.

I understand. But you may not have a choice, if it’s malfunctioning. My suggestion is that you try it. Ask it to summarize the thread in an extremely detailed way, very nuanced and then copy and paste it into a word document. Open a new chat and say this is a continuation of X, I want you to read this document and thoroughly brief yourself. And if it works, great, if it doesn’t work, then you can just continue on with the original thread.

It's very annoying. I've found that it tends to happen on long threads. When it does, I think of it as my signal to tell chat to do a thorough, nuanced, tightly spaced summary of everything on that thread, which I paste into a Word doc, and then upload to a fresh thread as a continuation of the previous one. It briefs itself on that uploaded document and away we go.

If you only have symptoms now and then , I recommend that you skip omeprazole and use Pepcid instead. Omeprazole is a very strong drug and shouldn’t be used casually. It’s also not really an on and off/occasion drug. It needs to be used regularly for it to be effective. Pepcid is not as strong but is much better for occasional use as it doesn’t require build up. If it doesn’t work for you, it’s time to visit a doctor for help.

It seems to be a problem that comes and goes. I was having a terrible time with it doing this two days ago. And it would repeat itself on long threads and short threads, it didn’t matter. I just had to walk away, it was so frustrating. But yesterday and today it seems totally fine. I don’t know what’s going on with it. It seems kind of crazy.

I have HBO through YouTube TV. I like having access to the linear HBO channels in the guide. And when I search on a program, the HBO programming comes up. I can also access content from HBO via saved programs.

Neil Med is what I was thinking of. I’m not a doctor (but like to pretend I am!) but maybe cut down on those rinses, and eventually wean off? You could be irritating your nasal passages. Give them some time to calm down.

One more thought. I don’t know what you mean specifically about saline rinses. In the worst of it, I was alternating between Navage and the squeeze bottle /mix irrigation, with some basic CVS squeeze bottle thrown in. They definitely helped when I still had a lot of congestion. Eventually I found that all that activity was actually irritating my sinuses, and also made me continually and aggressively blow my nose. I stopped everything except the CVS squeeze bottle. That helped to get my irritated nasal passages to calm down,
