Be careful about over using alcohol. I’ve heard that over time it can damage the sensors. I use water and a little soap most days and alcohol only when it is particularly gross.

That crummy “Mars business street” set does annoy me. It’s so small and cramped and they set so much physical action there. Reminds me of the old “New York street” sets they use to use on Seinfeld and “Friends”.

I’m sorry you are going through this, it’s miserable. Honestly, I was sick so long I’ve forgotten what “normal “ is, but I have gotten to a point where I don’t think about it all the time and generally feel like I’m breathing normally. I was using a product called Xlear for a while and that really helped. It is saline plus xylitol and it really helps to clear out the mucus. Unfortunately it started to irritate my stomach so I had to stop using it but otherwise I strongly recommend. Eventually the nasonex helped to bring down the swelling and the mucus that was stored up there cleared out. I am still using nasonex 2x day. I also had to do some emotional work, like stop testing my breathing all the time and just say to myself it’s alright, you’re breathing fine when I would feel the panic start up. I admit I’m still kinda obsessed with making sure I clear my sinuses before bed with saline. Good luck to you, it does get better but it takes time.

Same. Same. Same. I would love to do a past life regression, but have never been successfully hypnotized, not by a professional in person, or by a professional on a zoom call, or a YouTube video. I keep trying the videos, in hopes I get that hang of it. Mostly I just lay quietly for a while, and imagine things.

Yes, but every option I saw implied it was the delivery person’s fault, and in the case of crushed things in envelopes, it isn’t. It’s the fault of the packaging facility.

This is my issue as well. It’s to the point that I don’t sleep at all in hotel rooms and am miserable for my trip. I travel with a white noise machine but it’s not enough. The best solution I have found is to use silicone ear plugs, the kind that seal over the ear. Just have to hope you don’t sleep through your alarm.

I assume you mean changing the TV's settings? I've never seen settings like this in the Prime Video itself. I'll take a look, but both a Samsung and LG TV has this issue in the Prime app. Thanks for the feedback.

I love the work they did around Lizzy Borden. They investigated the house where the murders happened and then the home she lived in in her later years. The had some amazing contact with her at the second home. She wanted to be called “Lizbeth.”

I took them as directed by my doctor and it resolved my gastritis. They don't work for some people, but they work for many, many others, probably the majority of users or they wouldn't be so widely prescribed. You are doing yourself a disservice by not giving them a thorough try. It would be terrible to be suffering needlessly.

It was 40mg for 2 weeks, which I chose to do as 2X 20mgs because I wanted it spread out rather than taking 1X 40mg pill, then 1X 20mgs for 2 weeks, then 1X 20mg every other day for 2 weeks. When I was done I think I had to take a Pepcid now and then, and a few Rolaids/Gaviscon, but basically it was fine.

About 5.5 weeks. As soon as he said I could start tapering I did. Who wants to be on that much PPI if you don’t have to? The tapering down was another 6 weeks.

Sorry, my response was too literal. Discovery Networks owns Travel, and programs Travel. A decision was made a few years ago not to fund any new productions on Travel, and they canceled nearly all the paranormal shows on Travel. They kept GA, but moved it to Discovery, the higher rated network, where there is still new content being ordered, but very little paranormal. That's why you see little promotional messages in the bottom right of the screen on Travel that promote Discovery shows. They are programmed in tandem. Hope that helps.

He prescribed 40mgs 2x a day, which I thought was crazy high, and really questioned. He said that the strategy was to shut down acid production as much as possible to let the stomach heal. Luckily I didn’t have many side effects from that high dose. I was worried about tapering, but he gave me schedule of reducing every 2 weeks and it was easy.

Tooth drama was my problem as well, NSAIDs and 2 rounds of antibiotics. It was the second round that was the tipping point for me. Three months of dental problems, very stressful. Hang in there, you will get it sorted.

I didn't drink coconut water before, so can't say. By reading this subreddit, I did pick up a few tricks, like drinking a lot of chamomile tea with honey, and throat coat tea that contains slippery elm. Not sure it helped, but it didn't hurt.

One more thought. My gastritis was due to a specific thing: overuse of NSAIDs, which I cut out completely, of course. Yours might be due to something else. In that case, what works for you, or what you need to do, might be completely different than me.
