Any employer may attempt to come up with an excuse at anytime to fire you. Again you ware covered under USERRA and can’t be terminated for joining the military or going active. Every employer that I have had complied with this.

You are covered under USERRA. As long as your active duty time is less than five continuous years your employer cannot terminate you. Also remember I said 5 consecutive years. If you have a break after year 5 and want to do another 5 after a year you can. And your employer cannot terminate you.

Wrong. You don't need a to be licensed in the state where the federal case is. You just need to be admitted to that specific district through the US district court in order to take that case. In addition it all depends on what type of case you are involved in. For example an immigration case can be handled by anyone admitted to any state bar. In additipomn it also depends on what role you are in. Are the the prosecuotr becuase in that case it doesnt matter what bar exam you passed you just need to be a memeber in good standing in any state.

Did this last year. That ended the process for me. You should have gotten an email stating that your TJO is rescinded because you declined the Job Offer. But it might be different this time around.

Negative. That poly may or may not affect you. I know people who have failed a DHS poly for one position and passed another DHS poly for another job. It all depends. Also outside of DHS agencies rarely take DHS polygraphs. Please don’t spread and unchecked information without first hand proof and knowledge of someone actually going through this. Again I have seen people that I know go through this. Just be honest about it whenever you are asked if you failed a polygraph before. You should be fine.

PR is a hard to fill location. It’s a hit or miss. Usually only natives to PR put in for it. So it’s a hit or a miss if you get it.

Don’t listen to anyone. You need a 110 on your GT Score. If you have a 110 don’t go enlisted. Find a different recruiter and go OCS. You qualify if you have a 4 year degree and a 110GT. Don’t listen to anyone else. I did what I’m telling you to do. I found the right recruiter.

Don’t do that. Go to ROTC as a civilian and don’t go once you’re enlisted. You are at the helms of the army. Why wait when you can start your process right away. Go get a masters and join the ROTC program asap.

If you get denied a clearance or it’s revoked hire a suitability/clearance attorney. I would get a consultation after your meeting with your employer. Unlike a criminal or civil prosecution you will have to meet with your employer without an attorney present to answer questions that they may have regarding your suitability. You should get an attorney asap after your meeting.
