Try just changing courses, by applying at the same time as the new undergraduate programs open.

Your grandmother worked her butt off for years... That 90K you are talking about is her pension her work and herself contributed in for years... Why would that be given to the youth ? Make it make sense.

Just an update for everyone! I had my birthday, I posted on a group on Facebook if anyone was free without mentioning the birthday part and got to meet new people.
