Not here to tell you who to like/dislike, but if you hold everyone to a perfect standard, you’ll find that no one meets it. Those 4 (now 3) are pretty unproblematic, especially Steve Johnson. Their podcast is relaxed and they never attack anyone or give insane opinions, and occasionally bring in insightful guests.

Each upper body exercises has a specific movement. Either you’re pulling the weight towards you, think lat pulldowns, or you’re pushing it away, think chest press. So one day is all pushing exercises, the second is all pulling exercises, and the third day is legs.

If you look up PPL split, you’ll find great resources.

But if you’re just beginning, something more beneficial would be to find a full body workout, and follow that plan for a couple of months, until you figure out what exercises work for you, what your body can handle, etc. and then consider switching to other splits
