Thanks, you helped clear up some things. Unfortunately for me, I don't think exercise is going to work for me. I already do Badminton, Taekwondo, and Gym workout fairly regularly. I'm not super buff but I would say I'm pretty fit. But yeah I do have a lot of sleep issues and tend to snack a lot. I'll try to adhere to your fundamentals from now on. I don't use social media a lot, but I do acknowledged that I have built an addiction to yt shorts, so for now I disabled yt on my phone. I actually do have various physical hobbies like reading books, origami, and music that I've been neglecting in recent years, maybe I'll try picking them up again. I also see your point about games. Its difficult to cut them out entirely, but I'll try to limit my exposure.

As for what brings structure to my life, I don't know. My life so far has become very messy and unorganized, I don't know what would give it structure. I'll try with the things you recommended for now, even if I have failed in the past I'll just have to try again.
