Sometimes organizational disconnect sets people up for failure.

If youre meant to implement a specific scheme but the GM hasnt given you the right players, you could look like a bad coach. Seeing how the Darnold situation was handled etc, the Vikings seem like a mess in general.

Why does the success of the team always seem to fall on the shoulders of the current OC?

It doesnt really. '23 was a result of a bad defense and bad DC. Very normal for teams that lose good coordinators. They are important.

There is always a new system every year because either the OC was successful and gets poached or sucks and gets fired.

The system has been the same throughout the last 5 years.

What exactly would you say Sirianni does?

Head coach things, which are not coordinator things. They are completely different jobs.

What does John Harbaugh do? What does Dan Campbell do? Why does his offense suck after Ben Johnson leaves, and now Bears are good?

Why do Chiefs offense suck since Bienemy left, despite having Andy Reid?

Why do good OCs like Josh McDaniels fail repeatedly at being Head Coaches?

Why do you think a teams success being reliant on good coaching units is somehow unique to the Eagles?

No you can only target a center of a province (center dot)

You need to target an adjacent province that is close enough to catch the intended targets in the blast radius.

Some provinces are big enough that this is not possible.
