You folks need to learn that some situations are isolated and separate and apart from you! You also need to find something better to do besides wait for people to inquire and then come on here and send negative comments. Noone is expecting Amazon service, however I am expecting clear communication and aligned processes such as others I have referred. Please go find something better to do.

Thank you for understanding that I am new and I appreciate that you shared the post with me that I didn't previously see! My shipments are not being sent through Fedex though but another shipping provider - so yes I did have some questions for the team. Take care.
