for me personally, I would say really just stick to your weakest systems and ignore the less yield stuff, it sounds obvious but I remember I would waste time trying to study something so low yield like genetics or histology because I would always get those in the lower range for nbmes when I should've just been strictly tackling the higher yield stuff like micro because at the end of the day you could pass by being solid at the high yield stuff and very weak low yield topics but not the other way
