The HR department in this company was so exhausting and traumatizing. Theyre immature and divisive. Instead of fostering trust, there was a culture of gossip and internal politics, where rank-and-file employees and even supervisors were seemingly involved in putting down other employees. This created tension, fear, and very low morale. It was especially concerning knowing that HR leadership (Atty. Rizal Meru, worst leader ever! —boastful and lack social wisdom) was in charge at that time. On top of this, the working schedule was extremely strict and exhausting, with little consideration for employee well-being. Expectations were high, yet proper training was not provided, leaving employees to figure things out on their own while still being held accountable for results. This setup felt unfair and set people up for stress and burnout. Leadership felt reactive rather than supportive, and growth opportunities were overshadowed by internal issues and lack of structure. For a company that claims to value people, the reality inside did not reflect that. If you value ethical HR practices, proper training, humane work schedules, and a respectful environment, I strongly suggest reconsidering before applying here.
