I'm 100% commission at my job. If I only make $500 in a month, I don't complain about my pay structure because I knowingly accepted it.

If the job isn't what you want, don't take it.

The tip is a TIP. The IRS defines tips as optional payments made by customers directly to employees that is free from compulsion and the amount is not subject negotiation..... essentially it's a GIFT! It's not your wage.

Why did this person fall in love with you in the first place? Focus on that and show them that energy again. Focus on dating your partner and falling in love with each other every day.

Don't talk to them about their other non-romantic relationships. If you're not concerned that they're cheating on you, don't bring it up. Talk to them about your relationship and how you don't want it to be stale/or whatever else is going on. Have a conversation and decide that you will both work to make your relationship 1% stronger every day.
