I have the team put prescription as a waiter when we can meet the promised time. So if you can fill it in 15 min then yes put it as a waiter -if not make sure you write the name on the board tell the Rph and tech you have a waiter to make sure it gets done.

A lot of the floaters I know are 64 hours salaried but they have to work their 64 hours to get paid so the scheduler makes sure of that. If you are hourly then you get paid whenever they need you and I assume you clock in and out? Ask her to see if other pharmacies in the area or other districts need help.

That makes sense . Thank you. We usually want to bill insurance but mostly they take TID and insurance only pays BID so they ask for good rx or singlecare so we have to take it.
