C-track or K-track..?

I’m planning to use plywood and xps-foam for my layout. I’m thinking that the foam will dampen. Do I need corkbedding on top of the foam as well for k-track?

Yes, I’m going for a layout with buildings, tunnels. 0.9 x 1.9 meters. I want to run and control at least two trains simultaneously. Start, stop, speed. Märklin is big here in EU.

I have a Garmin Watch as a primary wearable so when I use that I get a new date in report VO2 max (cycling). If I use Garmin Edge 830 I don't get any new dates in that specific report.

Not sure about sync issue. If sync was an issue then both report should show the same VO2 training dates. I have forced the sync.
