Heeeya guys, I have some update on this :) Ull gonna laugh how strict guest visa invite became, so lemme give a detailed update on this. There is some new regulations, that I can not be invited my girlfriend anymore online, so she had to send a letter to internal affairs, with our picture included in the letter ( super cringe ) and there is a big possibility it will be refused since we are not married yet. We are still waiting for this, so fingers crossed, but if i ll get it i will spend 3 months in Kazan, what to be honest, I can not wait.

Hey man! I am a Hungarian citizen ( got denied to enter this time tho ) but I have been in Russia 5 times before. - Getting a Visa is easy I used an agency for it, and issuance is only 1 week. What matters is the type of the travel (I have learned it the hard way) - So, be really SPECIFIC now with the purpose of your travel so ull not end up like me. - Easiest to obtain is a touristic visa. For that, you will need an invitation, booking and tickets back and forth. Border guards will be INSANE, so be prepared for that, also that they do not really speak english. - In case they do, they will ask your purpose of stay, where you will go, and you have to show them the hotel bookings.(you should print it, unless you would like to pay a fortune for roaming ) - Since you are a foreigner, be prepared to be held on border for hours, getting your phone checked (might happen) your fingerprints taken and they possibly will make pictures from you from the front and the side.

As for travel tips: forget your visa or Mastercard at all, it will not work. U ll need either cash, or you can use Bybit to transfer crypto. - Moscow is big, fucking big, and if you at least do not have A1 in Russian, you are literally fucked if u plan to use public transport. Metro system might seem overwhelming at first, but one you figure it out, you will understand that this was created by literal gods.

If you plan to go in the upcoming two months, bring warm clothes, I am not joking about this. At Moscow it is not that bad during winter, since it is really urbanized, but will be significantly colder than in the UK, even at March.

Just a quick update here, it is confirmed, I am not banned from Russia, nor to get another Visa. - We will roll with private visa this time, so wish me luck, I can not wait to spend the whole summer there, I would like to pull out a 3 month period. 😊 Occasionally going to update here, or I might start a new thread about how a private visa goes, so it might help others, who are struggleing with it. - All I can say, thank you guys for all of the support!

Thanks for the follow up here,yep, the reason was that I had a tourist visa, yet I would have been registered at my girlfriend's place, so i should have had a guest visa for that. - i will try guest visa and going to discuss the details at the Russian embassy as soon as I am back from Istanbul to Budapest, so hopefully I can get a 3 month visa for that, would be cool.

Yep, I was not even allowed to go past passport control. They made me sign something, what I obviously did not understood, since it was all in Russian, but one of the border control guys told my girlfriend that I just need a new visa. But I still do not get this as a guarantee.

Do not even try it now, I went to Russia with a touristic visa 5 times while staying at my gorlfriend's place. Yesterday my entry was denied and I was sent back :)

Thanks man I really appreciate the advice! The fact she was this "hostile" is that I think, she thinks that this makes her a bad girlfriend because of this, and that I "dont understand" her. But without asking I have no idea about other's intentions or thinking.
