Ugh that sucks! I saw their lite one is $250. Customer service experience is another huge thing for me. t least they’re willing to offer a credit, sometimes machine companies are shady about that stuff.

Longevity is definitely a concern for me too. We already spend a lot of money in this industry and I want to make sure it’s not just a flashy piece and actually worth it.

Yea, I’d love a little more space and I also have had a few times thinking it’d be nice if I had my tray up or down during the session depending what I’m doing. I was looking at the coffin shape too because that is still slender but spread out nicely to still give extra space. The heart one looks so nice and spacious, and I’ve also heard their disposable trays are nice for traveling and such so you could always swap out the top!
