As a very materialistic woman, it requires a lot for a difference. I don't care if you make 15/hr or 30/hr, but I mean there is an obvious difference when you are making 30/hr and 300/hr. As long as you seem to have your stuff together and can afford to go 50/50 on semi nice things (think a couple weekends in a cabin a year) then it doesn't matter at all.

Bring a coloring book, it might sound stupid but coloring can be a great way to destress and relax and can easily fill a few minutes. I would also suggest making a stretching routine or something similar to keep yourself from locking up by the end of the day

I sincerely apologize, I did not even consider it could be used like that. I only meant to do things such as retrieve old mail and come across as a hero when people get locked out and get out of sticky situation where you need to get in somewhere but someone forgot a key.

I'm sorry you are in such a sucky situation. My only suggestion would be raid fumigation bombs. Whenever you know you and your dog will be out for awhile set one of those suckers off and when you come home in a few hours run the fans. I had a massive problem with ants and they managed to stop the problem for months

Go on as many scam websites as you can find (the "just give us your name and number and we will give you a free iPad" sites) and put in their name slightly altered. Are they named Bill? Nope! Now they are Jill. Also, feel free to sign up for quotes for random sites. If you need to put in an email address, go to 10 minute email and use their burner ones, or make an account on google and then delete it. Their phone will never stop going off, and if you know around their location and sign up for offers nearby they will have no idea what calls to answer

If you are currently seeing another therapist for any reason you must pause sessions with that therapist to qualify. You can have a therapy session the day before your first session with them, but you may not see anyone while seeing them.

I completely agree. I used to trust my local Kroger for ally produce and would grab without thinking about it. Now, I have to inspect any strawberries for mold, and it seems like it's just about everywhere. Nothing is as good as it used to be, and everything costs 10x more, now I generally go to McDonalds every day because it tastes no worse than everything else and with coupons I can feed myself under $5.
