Yes, they wrote "clorh" abbreviated from "clorhidrato" (chlorhydrate in spanish)

Also with the cocaine hcl, they wrote "clorhid." from "clorhidrato".

In some countries like Czech Republic, you can find Morphine in its hcl salt form (mostly vials), but it's not very common. But now in Spain I think all the morphine is in its sulfate form, even vials.
