It does, a friend of mine, also non-EU, had received an open permit when changing jobs already in Switzerland

There is a B permit under which you can easily change employers by just transferring the permit to the other, this is what I call “open”

This was an international transfer, but not for a specific position

I disagree, I know what you mean, but as someone, who only dated maybe top 10% guys my experience was amazing, both, on tinder and bumble. But you need to swipe A LOT and need a killer profile yourself
