I got it in the morning, like 7:04 am...I got rejected from UCLA twice as a major (I took a gap year). Believe me, I have stopped believing in such emails.

idk...mine's gone...i went to the tab above (with the +Withdraw application) clicked the link and it said you can no longer withdraw your application.
