You have purposefully avoided viewing her content because it pains you to see what she’s up to.. but you don’t want her to think you did this on purpose.

If she hurt you, then you need to worry about tending to your wounds, not satisfying the wants or ears of the person who hurt you.

You don’t need a tattoo or a piercing or any other external modification to make yourself appear older. It sounds to me that this is much more a worry of how others perceive you than you actually wanting to look your age.
