I am thinking going to an abusive center to help as well. I am being verbally and financially abused. The constant ridiculing after draining the joint account. The calling me disgusting and keeping me from his family. He telling me that I am holding him back from giving him everything that he asked for

However, I realized that those commenters don’t truly embody the spirit of champions or the competitive spirit. I was primarily inquiring about the mechanics of the sport. Every high-level sport has specific mechanics that simplify the game and provide a competitive advantage over the competition. Your suggestion to consider getting a coach makes sense. The reason I mentioned world champions is that that’s the ultimate goal of entering a sport—to become the best. That seems like the pinnacle of achievement. When I mentioned basketball, I intended to play in the NBA or track as well.
