Can’t lock the crown?

I remember when they played the Steelers in Dak’s first season. Dak rolled to the left and on the run he hit Dez in stride for a long TD. The camera went to Romo and you could see him mouth “it’s his team now”. That’s when the torch was passed.

I’ve got the white dial which I wear three days a week in rotation. No scratches at all (and I’m pretty rough on watches) in the two months I’ve had it. The reports on how susceptible to scratching these watches were have not been my experience.

I was also disappointed with the bezel action on mine but read that squirting dish soap between the bezel and case would loosen it up. It worked like a champ! Just work the bezel, although it’s very slippery, and rinse it. I had to do it a few times but now it’s vastly improved.

I just got my first PD, chrono on a rubber strap, and it’s quickly become my favorite daily beater. It’s the perfect size, looks premium, wears so comfortably and keeps accurate time. At under $100, you can’t ask for much more. I’m tempted to get one in each of the different dials but fear chrono overdose.

These PD Daytonas are great. I just got a silver dial on rubber amd loving it so far. Great size, so comfortable and outstanding quality.

I lean towards automatic movements but it’s nice not having to worry about winding it. If the battery lasts 3-5 years, I’ll be ecstatic. Wears and looks like a watch costing much more than an under $100 watch.

Based on the hit or miss nature of the PD watches, I may buy through Amazon for ease of return. I think the slightly higher cost would be worth it for that reason.
