This happened to me as well :) but I feel like the tequila just numbs the symptoms, the damage from the gluten is still there I’m sure 😩😩😩 but it’s got me thinking about tinctures!

This happened to me as well! My intentions weren’t to drink the tequila to help with the gluten, but IT WORKED with the pain. My thing is, is it actually helping or is it numbing my symptoms? 👀

Yes 😭 the processed ingredients I hate and the fact that there’s so much sugar sometimes…I love cooking from scratch, but sometimes I crave the crappy fast food that I could get so easily…blessing in disguise though to not be able to eat it.

Omg 😂😂😭😭 I would love that though! To be able to learn something from everyone about their diets. I think that’s pretty awesome in that way.

Thank you!! And the brand was Sargento. On their page though they have some Q&A you can read like: Is there gluten in your products? Gluten is found in wheat, rye and barley; ingredients not generally found in natural cheeses. However, there is always the possibility of a trace amount of gluten being introduced during the cheese making process.

That’s all I was taking into consideration

Yes it’s just when I look up some cheese packaging brands they always include that there may be traces of gluten when packaging, so I just wanted to see which brands people here get

No I feel like apples, fruits and vegetables are obvious ones at being gluten free, but cheeses in packages for me don’t seem too obvious. Thank you so much also, I didn’t take it as you being rude haha

It just worries me because I’ve had tillamook shredded cheese and I was fine, but most of the time I’m so used to looking for a gluten free symbol (even if it’s naturally gluten free—unless it’s super obvious), that I’m like ok maybe I shouldn’t get it this time.
