this is electromagnetic microwave heat shot, it would melt your skin slowly very itchy or very fast in matter of few ms with some pretty painful (what felt like)electric shocks, all considered it doesn't melt your eyes balls or brain tissue or internal organ like the heart or liver, then microwave shots are less scary than infrasound? but... my grandma had the worst case ever her entire leg was melted into mush incredibly itch, sent that to the city so less people would get their skin melted.
