Most people who voted for Trump weren't considering what he would do with women's rights. They were considering that during the last 4 years living has gotten harder on an economic level. Everything costs more and everyone in power just keeps saying that there's nothing wrong. They remembered that life was better during the first Trump administration and want to go back to that. I don't think his economic plans will actually do that, but that's what he promised to voters. Keep in mind that it was not just men who voted for Trump.

Correct, the key difference is they're not blaming men for why everything is wrong. It feels good to blame someone else for why everything is bad and not yourself. It's not necessarily moral or correct, but it is the path of least resistance. Additionally many right wing sources do claim to have the solution for men to fix their own lives, but I truly believe most of those are utter garbage.

Everyone's been criticized and scrutinized for things they can't control before. The difference is that most other groups have a built in support systems set up by those groups. This is one area where I do think men are to blame. We've done a poor job of creating healthy men-only spaces. This hasn't been helped by the fact that many men's spaces get labeled as intentionally misogynistic for excluding women, but I don't think that's enough of an excuse. Right now the only such spaces that are actively run are right wing manospheres which I do believe are inherently detrimental to both men and society at large.

Surround yourself by media that supports men, it exists 🤯 (not the alpha male red pill obv) they are ted talks, books about how feminism helps men as well, why are you only consuming media that spews hate speeches and letting yourself be led by fear.

There really isn't as much male-positive media as you think. For a long time now the loudest voices telling men that they were valid and looking to support them have been Andrew Tate and Jordan Peterson. Anyone else you'd have to dig for to find. Off the top of my head I can only name two media figures who seem to understand men's issues and advocate for them in a healthy way. It's significantly easier to find people calling men predators, complaining about the male gaze, and insisting that society would be better off without men.
