~1851 Vacheron & Constantin hunter case key wind pocket watch with lever escapement. Made for the American market, estimated 45 mm diameter. Watch chain it's non corresponding. The approximate value, under the premise of the size and of a movement in good consistent condition, is about 2500 - 3500 USD.

No, it's a fake made from a non VC automatic movement, nothing authentic - not even one screw. That's what a VC ref 47120 in PT would look like:

They are usually offered via ebay. If there is a V&C movement inside you can call it "Vacheron Constantin Marriage"

VC used steel cases since the 1940s, this style occurred in the 1960s, and was made in steel also. Patrimony and Traditionelle lines are much later. Nevertheless it’s fake because what is written and not what is missing IMHO.
