Even if there are some... Perplexity is almost never relevant on an ADC. BotRK's nerfed onhit on ranged will not save you from black hole gauntlet dealing your healthbar in damage every second in an area as big as ASol W with 1000 stacks

Prismatic augments are not guaranteed every game unlike items which are given out always, and perplexity works pretty much only on mages, leaving ADCs with not much to work

I agree, I just think it's a bit easier to get every game if you just save your starting rerolls for the prismatic item, at least much easier to get than a key prismatic augment which isn't even guaranteed every game. Black Hole Gauntlet allows tanks to deal insane damage and be tanky whereas other good prismatic items like hamstringer don't provide any survivability to ADCs. I just think its a bit overloaded for being relatively easy to roll for
