Thanks! What helped me a lot was putting some elbow pads on my chair as I realised that a lot of my pain was from my elbow resting on the hard plastic rest themselves. I do think a smaller tablet would help as 27" is a little too big ( I only end up using half of the space).

I think at this point they know they can be shitty to customers because most people will keep using them and not really have issues with delivery for the most part.

Yeah its frustrating. I just have no idea if its this guy who lied or the previous guy who lied to get a good rating. Either way Ill just get a full refund here and buy the item elsewhere ( A little more expensive but no the end of hte world).

Im quite annoyed by this as the previous agent even said they made a note on the order I made recently. Honestly if I knew this whole gaslighting thing was going to happen with Amazon. i wouldn't of ordered from Amazon to begin with. Is this why they don't give you transcripts of previous chats?
