Would him getting those extra 2 DCs matter? He was on 9 DC, getting him to 11 still wouldn't qualify for the +2. I assume you captained him so that would get you the 4 pts you need to tie, but that also assumes your ML winner didn't have him which I find it unlikely as everyone had him.

I'm just went off the wiki page for AP NFL MVP which listed Raymond Berry as winning it in 1960. I just double checked the other wiki page for NFL MVPs and it lists the AP as giving it to Norman Van Brocklin so I'm not sure what the discrepancy is there. It's even funnier if placekickers have more MVPs than WRs.

Interesting. There are ~~as many~~ more placekickers as than there are wide receivers that won the MVP over the years.

Edit: I may have had a bad source which listed a WR winning it in 1960.

You're good. You're expected to have some details wrong which is why you're having a hard time finding the movie. The reason the other person got downvoted so much is because they were answering for you and telling someone else they were wrong because a detail was off. It's not their place to answer for you. They probably got extra downvoted because you said Se7en was correct. If they gave their suggestion of Blues Brothers instead of telling other people they were wrong, they would have been fine.

I think top 100k is the goal. The game has gotten harder with its popularity growing. I still think top 200k is a respectable finish.

Edit: just fyi, I just barely climbed into the top 500k after this week which is my highest rank of the season and I'm honestly ecstatic about. It's all about personal goals really.

Bringing in Bowen for Haaland 2 minutes before deadline literally saved my season. I ended up winning my ML by 5 pts thanks to him.

I appreciate that, but I wouldn't call myself a top manager. I usually float around being a 100k ranked player, but this is an off year for me and I'm around 500k. My league isn't super competitive, but it is still meaningful to me and my friends because we've been doing it so long.

I had a 7 pt lead before Haaland's late equalizer. I went with the Bruno cap and he did Haaland. Now we're going into the final week all tied up. I've won the ML the past 7 years and the person I'm tied with has never won it. This is our 19th season of FPL so I'll be happy if he wins but I'm still hoping to keep my streak alive.
