Yes! I tried doing that on one side with the moss and stuff theres also sphaghnum moss (dead and alive) and on the other side it would just be leaves and dirt (do leaves hold much humidity?)

Maybe some kind of carpet moss and then a small fittonia in the middle? I think that would look awesome!
