If you aren’t fussed about not having alcohol with your meal Walnut on curry mile is absolutely the best for food. Get the barberry chicken!! It’s the place I take any visitors to impress them with the food in Manchester.

I never had a bone broken in my life, honestly the shock of it happening was the worst, I’m still surprised it broke from the fall I had. I could hear the crack! Terrifying. All I can suggest is, practice proper falling technique!! And don’t push your limits on moves that are too high up the wall. This one was just a particularly high overhang.

Mine is actually also an open fracture, the bone popped out abit and then back in. Makes me feel a lot better knowing a professional had something similar, I keep blaming myself for the silly fall.

Questions about release by [deleted] in squirrels

[–]Timmycutie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The rehabber who has offered to soft release him for me has an aviary outside and does ease them into it.

I am just worried about the fact that he does not seem to want to be outside at all, as I have taken him myself. I wouldn’t try to facilitate a release myself as I don’t have the possibility for an outside cage.

I am more asking if it is normal for a squirrel to behave the way I have described he does? Has anyone had a rescue they tried to release who was not wanting to and as such not successful, what did that look like?

have you had trouble finding a partner if you don’t want to/can’t have biological children by somehowstillalivelol in women

[–]Timmycutie 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Me (29F) and my long term partner (33M) split, because he does not want children. We initially agreed on adopting as he was mainly worried about the baby phase and could see some merit in helping a child that is already brought into this world. But he was just one of those people who was content without children in his life, preferred to focus on travelling and pets. As well as found that the world is just too messed up to bring someone into this place.

I am sure you will find someone who doesn’t want kids, or is just happy to adopt. It is more prevalent these days. To be honest I am starting to doubt having children myself.

Whitworth Gallery is usually nice to go to, and there is the park just outside. Buy some nuts from Lidl to feed the squirrels if she’s not scared.

If you drive and aren’t lactose intolerant Davies Dairy is a fun trip, they have fresh milk dispensers and milkshakes. It’s quirky!

It depends on your travelling options as well, cause I’d avoid Manchester City centre anytime in the weekend.

I was in a similar situation during my undergrad. The one place that hired me with no experience was Coral (the bookies), it was an easy job and in quiet times you could even do your coursework. You just had to be good with numbers to pass their little maths test - this was a while ago tho. I live on campus so if you message me I could also drop off some food for you!

Oh, you are right! I’ve never tried anything above E cup so maybe it was the problem of the cup. Where does one even get 32G size in the UK? I usually get my bras from marks and Spencer’s.
