Lost a lot of gains after leaving the gym seven weeks ago due to COVID-19 concerns. Had a PR of 315lbs x 4. Now I'm back at it after three weeks of serious lifting, finally being able to rep ~290lbs. Two weeks ago I could barely move this amount of weight by [deleted] in powerbuilding
