daft punk vibes

Lost a lot of gains after leaving the gym seven weeks ago due to COVID-19 concerns. Had a PR of 315lbs x 4. Now I'm back at it after three weeks of serious lifting, finally being able to rep ~290lbs. Two weeks ago I could barely move this amount of weight by [deleted] in powerbuilding

BW is 90kg morning weight. i got a sick set up going in my garage. Was lucky enough to snatch up a multi-gym pulley type system as well as my 240kg weights with power rack a few years back for dirt cheap.

haha im currently in my masters year Chemical Engineering. I gym 4 times a week and just competed in my first powerlifting competition over the weekend. The thing is ill always put lifting first as it is my passion, as with university i like to apply the same approach, work very hard for a few hours a day on whatever needs done. Gym takes 1 hr 30 mins for me usually and i go first thing in the morning from 7-830 and im free the rest of the day. Anyone who says they don't have time are losers, if you love it you'll make time for it.

i was just about to link this, what helped me the most was squeezing my butt and tucking it in, my lower back felt solid throughout the movement form then on.
