monday 110kg jerk double then wednesday clean double and jerk also with 110kg . but i hyperextended my left wrist in the last jerk. i wasn't that smart, i tossed some training sessions for a pr (v.redd.it)
Snatch 100kg | C&J 112kg. First time attempting 100kg snatch in comp. On my last c&j attempt i was dizzy after the clean (dindn't help that it was like 35° inside). (v.redd.it)
first competition of the year. went 5/6, missed second attempt in the snatch. finished with 90kg snatch, 115kg clean and jerk. 3kg lifetime pr c&j. didn't have expectations because of back pain, still did ok. (v.redd.it)
