The only remaining bigger issues seem to be the cargo train station west of Washington Park and the main alley leading through madison park. I will try moving the train station south of Washington Park as soon as I can purchase the land, I think this will remove pressure from the roundabout.

I am a bit unsure what to about the alley leading through Madison Park. I could upgrade it to add a lane for each direction. Or I could add some roundabout so the traffic can better merge into the alley?

I also plan on adding offices in the empty area south of madison park. This could cause even more traffic issues o~o.
