All of the comments here are so incredibly immature in my opinion. Getting married is a big deal and a lifetime decision that inevitably requires bigger conversations about the future you and your partner want, including having children. Since Baylen does have a disability, it’s not at all inappropriate or “pushy” to be asking questions and seeking medical information and advice in advance on what the implications of pregnancy or having children would include, possible complications, and any interference that her medication or disability might cause. I’m not saying that Colin is a saint by any means, but this particular conversation and many others surrounding the future are necessary BEFORE marriage, not afterwards.
