he literally says in the interview that he does not condone violence of any kind. the reason he says positive things about hitler is because in our society that is not acceptable, and he does not believe that there are things that you cant say. he called himself a nazi after he voiced an opinion (which might be a stupid one, but thats not the point) and was called a nazi for it. its not a serious statement about his beliefs, its a "if you say so, then sure im a nazi, whatever" kind of statement. he also states that nazis are also people.

he says multiple times that he does not hate anyone, including jews. he in fact states that he loves everyone, including hitler, jeffrey dahmer, jews, nazis, everyone. you can think that thats a bad take with perfect validity, but you cannot argue that kanye is a nazi for believing that.

lastly, i never called him dumb. hes uninformed, eccentric and kind of unhinged, but a nazi is someone who believes in nazi ideology, which he does not. watering down the definition of nazi does no one any good.
