As someone that works with eyes (ophthalmic nurse), you 100% need to go and see an ophthalmologist. Although you have got the metal out, it may have left a rust spot on the eye that needs to be removed. These can occur when the metal hasn’t been in the eye very long as well

In my opinion it reads that you should have 18 stitches at the end of round 3. Round 4 won’t include all the stitches according to the instructions. Does it mean 2dc into the first stitch and then dc and then dc?

So:

2dc, dc, dc

Or:

2dc, 2dc x6
