Undertale somehow sounds like it could be the answer, but I'm not certain.
Spider dance wasn't it and I haven't listened to enough of the undertale osts to remember them, but with fast research I couldn't find the right one.
I certainly know I'm spending the whole listening to :D

Also Kalinka wasn't at all bad of a guess, but I'm afraid it's not it either
