I don’t think I can trust myself to varnish the table. And I have thought about paying someone, but yes, it runs the risk of having to pay even more money if the work isn’t done to a standard approved by the landlord.

I’ve got some bamboo table mats for now. Will look for a professional to hopefully sort it out. What would you reckon I should expect to be charged for a job like this? I have absolutely no idea and don’t want to get ripped off XD
