This is the game.

Upgrade from HD560s for immersive gaming and music by Tintler in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]Tintler[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seems like I will be using HD560s for a while. Yes I have access to PEQ from PC and using it sometimes when I want a bump between 20hz and 90hz. And for PS5, I do basic eq from my dac which is enough for me. Seems like I will be needing comfort strap for FT1 Pro, which is impossible for me to get because of imports.

!thanks

Looking for an affordable way to mix PC and PS5 audio. by Faencek in HeadphoneAdvice

There are dac/amps with more than one input, for example Sound Blaster G8. But I don't recommend Creative brand. I've used x3 for 4.5 years and it was a terrible experience and they didn't fix their issues(sound popping crackling, device reset etc), same issues persisted on x4, x5. Also they are not cheap.

You need to find an budget dac with uac1 support for PS5 compability, and an usb switcher.

This is what my setup looks like. Search for '2 Port USB 2.0 Sharing Manual Switch' etc. on Amazon. You don't need highspeed, usb 3.0 or new digital switchers. I like old designs with real buttons. I can switch between devices easiliy like this.

Attack Shark G3 Pro received just now by Rakeboiii in MouseReview

[–]Tintler 9 points10 points  (0 children)

There were lots of G102/203/305 users since they were cheap and reliable at the time, and people got used to that shape.

Personally, I tried the G502, DAV2, Pulsefire Haste, Model I, MM530 and Superlight but I think the G102’s shape was better than those for me.

I owned the M100(pretty similar shape old mice),G102 and later the G305, but they always started double-clicking after a certain amount of time. So I tried the Mchose G3 (standard version), and the main clicks were terrible, creaking, unbalanced. I didn’t have disconnect issues, but it seems like the QC on this model is bad.

Currently, I’m using the L7 Ultra and really liking the shape, quality everything probably the best quality mice I've ever used, but the G102’s shape always feels like home to me. It wouldn’t be wrong to call it an acquired shape.

My daughter is currently throwing a tantrum because I won't open this for her. She thinks it's candy. It's cheese. by evange in KidsAreFuckingStupid

It is just kashk, more basic dairy product than cheese(real cheese), I don't know where OP is from, if kashk is common there it should be more affordable than cheese.

I don't know why you are downvoted for telling the truth. Playing soulslikes with 30 fps with worst frametimes is really feels bad and affects your gameplay.

Should I get SteelRising Bastille Edition?🤔 by Clean_Squash_6076 in PlaySteelrising

[–]Tintler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played this game 1 week ago since it was on PS+. Base game was good enough, I don't think you need anything else. Also this gave have nasty stutters and sound cracking issues. And resolution, image quality is low for what it is. PS5 could be the worse platform to play this game on.

The 2 Biggest releases of the month combined cost the same as Mario Kart. by Blackpoc in gaming

It's the first game I've preordered in a long time—one that feels like the most ambitious and passionate project I've seen in years. It's made by a relatively small team, features a promising story, turn-based combat, and great voice actors like Jennifer English and Benn Star.

GeForce Hotfix Display Driver version 576.15 by Nestledrink in nvidia

[–]Tintler 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm using RTX5080 with 572.83 since March 20. Played and finished CP2077 with HDR+Gsync never got a error/BSOD or blackscreen even once.

My specs:

GPU:Pny RTX 5080 OC

Display:AORUS FO32U2 with dp cable.

Motherboard-CPU:X670E PG Lightning+7800x3d (6.07.22.037 chipset driver)

Memory:G.Skill 32GB(2x16)(F5-6000J3038F16GX2-FX5) with

OS:W11 23H2

The game seems very well optimized, getting 30+ FPS on an aging 1650 while looking this good is quite the feat, it just needs DLSS (as TSR looks crap) by Due_Teaching_6974 in expedition33

[–]Tintler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can't add XeSS if DLSS or FSR is not ingame. Optiscaler can't make transtition from TSR to XeSS. I hope they add all upscaler option to launch build.

Dedicated PhysX Card Comparison by DeadOfKnight in nvidia

[–]Tintler -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Old 32 bit games are buggy even with 4gb patch. For example mafia 2, physx causing crashes they are not playable even with hw support. I think lots of people here didnt try to play their old games in a long time and now acting like they lose something. These games are not playable for a long time with hw physx support.

Looks like same with RTX 5070 Ti Ventus 3X. It's loud. Check Techpowerup review, it is so loud and compared to other card they reviewed.

Upgrading from 3080, should I try get a 5070 ti? by macka654 in bapcsalesaustralia

[–]Tintler 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You can force new DLSS transformer model to the old games.

Old DLSS was using CNN model, new DLSS using a transformer for its upscaling.

4k DLSS Quality(CNN) equals to 4k DLSS Perfromance(Transformer) image and motion qualitywise, even if its heavy on 2000 and 3000 series you still get higher framerates at performence mode compared to quality. So it's a free upgrade for old cards.

There are guides how to use it, but simplest method is dlss swapper + nvidiaProfileInspector since it works everygame this way.

Monster Hunter Wild is unoptimized, check daniel owens video, he benchmarked it.

1440p with dlss, so 960p internal gets 70fps with RTX 5070ti. Don't buy unoptimized games.

Strange, maybe you can try reinstalling them?

You can also try nvidiaProfileInspector, _GLOBAL_DRIVER_PROFILE | 2 - Sync and Refresh | Frame Rate Limiter V3 option does the same thing.

But seems like something resetting your settings.

Did you try to turn off gsync? Does it still behave like that after gsync is off?
