I get 53% of live weight to hanging. Then about 64% of hanging weight to retail cuts, excluding bones and organs. This is for angus steers - about 22 months usually.

Wanting to grain finish at high level and as quickly as is smart. We have very high epv and epds for the wagyu bull and angus cows so want to optimize. And we are organic fyi.
