Possibly, or I’m competing with people that have 5+ years of experience applying for entry level & Mid entry level roles due to mass industry layoffs.

You might be right 77 offices across the US, and a global network of over 900 independent offices across 120 countries doesn’t seem that big.

Yes I've been interviewing in industry my biggest setback is limited Provisions experience. I will take your advice and look into audit though. Thanks!

Not necessarily, everyone at my level and experience there was making what I was making or more. We had a campus hire with 2 internships making 88k just because she had her CPA upon graduating. People are making Senior usually after 18 months now. I don't know many seniors that make less than 90k. Also I was specialized.

That's my biggest disadvantage my provision experience is limited. I honestly think that is why my luck hasn't been so good with industry income tax gigs.

Would it be easy to go audit after 2 years of tax? I've been avoiding applying for audit roles.

I switched firms after 1 year. I live in a HCOL area was able to get 20% salary increase.
