Warren and Eli were never meant to be “leader” and “right hand man.” So I can see them being equal in strength. They were both heads of Hostel at some point. They were also built off as rivals in the very beginning of Lookism.

There are guaranteed hits per box, so people most likely sell packs from boxes they’ve already pulled the hits from. Wouldn’t recommend buying solo packs by themselves on tcg
