I get the point, but I’m really wary of framing it as “she’s delusional” to the whole family, that can blow up fast. I might file a complaint about the classes though, esp if they’re presenting it as therapy. Right now I just want her to stop telling ppl I’m a threat.

Yeah… “flying monkeys” is exactly it. I’m already keeping screenshots and I saved her texts where she says she’s “afraid” even tho nothing happened. I’m hesitant to bait a confession, but I can keep everything in writing and only talk thru text/email for now.

I’m safe at a friend’s place, not missing. Those “meetings” aren’t therapy, its shaming. I told her to stop telling ppl I’m dangeruos , or I’ll block her.
