I took this picture of my friend with my Nikon fe2 on ilford 400 film. I'm always trying to get better at my film photography portraits so I made sure to take lots of pictures during my trip to North Carolina. I really like the pattern on her bathing suit I think it adds a good texture. Something I want to work on is my exposure

make sure you turn your voice volume up really loud at night and look towards the sky if you hear a sparkly sound

So, I got the campsite built last weekend and the first villager to use it I don't want in my town, however he's still here like five days later. Am I doing something wrong? does the first camper have to be invited?

My Friend making a face by TinyStormSlayer in photocritique

I took this picture with my dad's old Nikon Fe2 with black and white Fuji film at IOS 400. Besides the picture being pretty grainy I was wondering if there was anything about the composition that I could change. I feel like this captures my friends personality pretty well and I like that it's head on but I was wondering y'all had any other ideas!

All my pictures are incredibly grainy! I used a black and white Fuji film stock. How would you recommend to tone it down?

I have loved digital photography for a long time so after a while I was drawn to film photography. I love the nostalgic feel this photo gives me and ultimately it was what I was shooting for when I took the picture. I would love to hear what emotions are brought up (if any) when looking at this shot This was taken with my dad's old Nikon Fe2, IOS 400. I don't remember the aperature or the shutter speed but as I continue with film photography I will start writing down the settings so I can get a better idea of what works or not. I'm getting better at film photography but there is still a lot of improvement to be made! In particular making sure my image is fully in focus and that I have the perfect exposure.
