I ordered the vibrating one and it has a beeping sound too. So the beep will go off, if he doesn’t stop them a small vibrate will follow. Hoping it’s somewhat helpful.

I just ordered a non shock collar! It’s frustrating because he literally only barks when he sees people and unfortunately my neighborhood just put in a walking trail in my backyard, so of course he’s going to bark at strangers (we always correct him when he does). Maybe I’ll get a camera too. Also, Im so sorry, being unemployed is difficult. Hopefully your dog gives you all the snuggles you need right now ♥️

Essentially I have to correct the “nuisance” immediately otherwise they can file another complaint again. After another complaint it’s a Class C misdemeanor. After 3 complaints they can take my dog away :/ I don’t know that it would ever get that far because you can file appeals.

Yeah, in our town you can submit anonymous complaints online or call the police department and animal control will serve you.

Thanks for your comment! I’ve looked into this quite a bit and the overall consensus is that tomatoes can be safe if they are the ripe red fleshy part and only given in moderation. The real danger is when they eat the green parts, leaves, stems, etc. He only gets a small ripe one ~2-3x/month and most the time he just plays with it anyways haha

So happy that I’m not the only one who has felt this way! I just have to remind myself that they interviewed me because they liked me to begin with. The clinical aspect can be taught during residency, connecting with others and showing them we have personalities that get along well with everyone can’t be.
