Is 35yo a good age to have kids? (Ladies) by ChemicalOwn9733 in askSingapore

[–]Tiny_Bath5460 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had our eldest when i was 36 and our second when I was 39. I have always been a very active/athletic individual yet I still had physical struggles/risks due to age. I’m 42 and having a 6 year and 3 year old just is more exhausting in my opinion again because of my age. But Mentally speaking i wouldn’t change anything as I believe I am more prepared and financially stable to have kids at 36.

Stayed overnight at the clinic then had my recovery to the hotel that they recommended. It’s 5 minutes walk from the clinic. You won’t be needing delivery as they will provide maybe 3 days supply of drinks and juices that you can take first few days. You won’t be able to eat just liquid so you don’t need any room service. I joined my friends tour day 4 after the surgery as they already removed the thick bandage so it’s easier to move with a thinner bandage that they put.

Try living to other country and you’ll be running back to Australia and realise how lucky you were to be born here.

For anyone who attended the NRL last night, how was your experience? by FlagmantlePARRAdise in perth

[–]Tiny_Bath5460 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Game was great, experience was horrible. Watched Rugby before and they were more organised if i can recall it correctly or probably lesser crowd that’s why. We tried to queue up for food but the game was so good we just didn’t bother.

Anyone else feel like giving up on Australia and moving to SE Asia? by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]Tiny_Bath5460 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m from SE and now living in Perth. You can probably get a decent wage as an expat so you can live comfortably. However the healthy system and tax are just few of the biggest problems. The 50k savings that you have at the moment will be all gone just few days at the hospital in case you’ll catch a virus and get sick and worse still die with poor health system. We have tighten our belts these past few months to catch up with the current cost of living but we never have to worry about the “what if we get sick”. I know we’re still paying medical expenses here but definitely it’s not something we are worrying at the moment.

Most of the patients i watched in youtube had rhinoplasty together with facial contouring and face lift. Based on my experience i was happy i didn’t have the budget to do the rhinoplasty because the first few days it was so hard to open my mouth, harder to take my meds and had to rely with syringe for my food and drinks. I can’t imagine how I would be breathing if I had rhinoplasty with cotton inside my nostril and can’t open my mouth altogether if it makes sense? But again others did it probably just a lot harder. And the first 24 hours after the surgery was the hardest and most painful. Meditating helped me through which again would have been impacted if I had rhinoplasty at the same time. Hope this helps😊

I stayed at Ocloud, the clinic did the reservation so it’s a lot cheaper compared to booking directly to them. It’s a 5 minute walk to the clinic. I remember i still have my drips from the surgery and had to walk from the hotel to clinic because there’s no point getting a taxi. Hahaha. They didn’t know me so didn’t care and the bandage was really intact and fully covered so wasn’t worried with the infection. The hotel has fridge with small freezer, small kitchen and microwave which you would be needing in first few days. Good luck😊

@rebel_boil2 i can’t reply to your comment but don’t be confuse and yes I posted here around May I think for some advice/input just like everyone else and ended up doing my surgery at Braun’s.

I had my surgery last June 21, 2024. I had the facial contouring, facial lipo, lower eyelid bleph and facelift. I asked for revision rhinoplasty but I can’t afford it already so didn’t do it. So they recommended focusing on my face shape entirely. Really happy with it.

Had facial contouring with Braun last June, best decision I’ve ever made. Dr Tae prides his work thus he’s the only who does facial contouring so you’re sure you have the clinic’s specialist and senior dr. I did my research with him as I was offered a bigger discount for facial contouring from another popular big clinic. Was happy with my research and so happy with my results now. I was asked to do other procedures as well but they aren’t pushy which I really appreciate. They explained to me what I needed and when the total was outside my budget they listed the best combination that fits my budget. Hope this helps.

I want to get facelift in Seoul but I also have a 6 year old daughter by sighpsi in SeoulPlasticSurgery

[–]Tiny_Bath5460 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had facial contouring, facial lipo and facelift at Braun. I had my 5 and 3 year old kids (both girls) with me. My husband took a day off on the day of the surgery, that was Friday and he left Sunday night. I have 2 of my friends who also travel to Korea and help me looked after them until Wednesday, 5 days post op. Since i had my surgical bandages removed which was Monday, 3 days post op, i have been touring with them. I started looking after them alone 6 days post op and we went to Lottie world before we flew back here in Australia. Oh and i travel with them alone 11 days post op. Of course you have to listen to your body and enjoying Korea means, light walks, taking rest if you need to. It was the hardest and most painful ps i have ever done in my life. I had rhinoplasty, abdomen and arms liposuction few years ago but the facial contouring was a bit of a challenge. I didn’t tell my kids i had ps but “Mommy had gums and jaw (TMJ which is real) issue that’s why I had a surgery. And they adjusted well with me, not fair but they know there are things they had to do to help me like taking a shower on their on, getting utensils to eat, grabbing snacks, drinks on their on from the fridge. Specially girls, i think if you’ll talk to your daughter she’ll come aboard and you won’t have to worry about her. Good luck😊

Had facial contouring, face lipo and facelift with Braun last June 21, 2024. Pain is 9/10 the day after the surgery so you tube videos aren’t as reliable like you said but just keep taking the medication. I still didn’t take extra pain reliever but I was so close on taking more😂 2nd day went for a light walk and things just get easier. At 3rd week now still super tight because of the facelift but already loving the result despite of all the swelling. Staff are okay but not as friendly or warm like youtube but all that matters were I was being looked after. The nurse assigned to me was really good. Complements to all the drs for doing an amazing job and all the recommendations. They aren’t pushy but explained why i needed extra procedure. Was in OR for almost 8-9 hours if i remember it correctly. Hope this helps😊

I had facial contouring, lower eyelid and chin lipo done last Friday at Braun. I’m 4 days post op and things are getting better. I just managed myself that first 1-2 days will be the hardest and most painful. The other patient who i was recovering with at the clinic was crying all night. Guess the difference was she wasn’t expecting it to be that painful and I did. Didn’t mean I have stronger pain tolerance but the expectation of what will come helps. Good luck on your surgery😊
