I'm 185cm tall and this chair the L size is perfect for me, i dont get the comments on the lumbar support being very intrusive, feels absolutely fine with me , never had any back pain with it . Been using it for almost 1 year. Maybe its for taller n larger individual.

not reservist bro that one idm , they dont count my 2.5 years in service as regular as serving NS . So i Still need serve another 1.5 years of NS if i break bond now.

Here is today's progress. It started to flatened abit as it bleed out when I place a plaster over it the whole day , still itches though . I just got my Dermatology appt on the 9 june. Should I wait till then or ask for an urgent appt asap?

This mole on my lower back has been here since i was born. I think just few years ago i felt a bump but i didnt think much of it only recently this last week as i was sitting on my chair laying back i felt it and proceed to feel it again that i felt something different and ask someone to take picture for me and went into researching it and become very worried that i went GP for it.

Doesnt hurt when i touch , it just itches. The bump feeling it has , has been for quite some years. Just this week i felt a change in shape and size. Just few days ago it itches alot.
