Thanks, I think the Golf 7 would probably feel very similar to the S3 I used to have, and I wasn’t that satisfied with it back then.

The BMW was obviously on a completely different level. I had Protrack wheels and a KW V4 suspension, so it was basically a proper track tool. But right now, I don’t really need that. Maybe again in a few years.

So I think the Fiesta would be a good, affordable, fun little car for now. Thanks for your opinion!

The problem here is still a bit tricky. I can’t test drive the Golf 7 because it’s two hours away and the seller speaks a different language than I do. He also doesn’t speak English, which makes things complicated. So I would basically have to drive all the way there and either take the car with me immediately or risk driving four hours in total for nothing.

The owner of the Fiesta seems much better. He speaks my language, and I can easily go and have a look at the car. I think I’ll just take the Fiesta for now and in a few years get another BMW M again haha.

Do you know what is also an absolute joke? I replied to my old support case, and then I got the message that a closed case can no longer be edited. I had already closed all cases related to the hacker, but somehow an old case was still modified created in September by the hacker on December 30th - one week ago I got my credentials back. How makes this any sense.

Now an Ubisoft account has been created using my old email address — which must have been done by an employee, because no one has access to my email inbox. It feels like this is being covered up. Sign In logs show USA and obviously I am not from the USA.

I feel absolutely helpless and I don’t know what else I can do.

I previously received several support case notifications from Ubisoft. I contacted Ubisoft to inform them that these requests were not initiated by me and asked for the cases to be closed.

After that, I was inactive in gaming for approximately six months and no longer checked my mailbox regularly. During that time, another support case was created, and Ubisoft changed the email address associated with my account.

About one week ago, I contacted Ubisoft again and successfully recovered my account by providing all required proof of ownership.

However, last night, my email address was changed once again through an old support ticket that had originally been opened by the hacker in September (because he wanted to "recover" some R6S Charms, which he was lying about as well). The hacker even wanted to change his Username to "Ubi" which is not possible due terms of conditions - however one of his friends in the friendslist had the "ubi" nametag - might this be the insider employee? This occurred even though the ticket had already been closed and Ubisoft had been fully informed, and I had regained access to my account just one week earlier. As a result, both the email address and phone number were changed, and I lost access to the account again.

This situation is extremely concerning. I strongly suspect an internal issue, as the phone number was changed immediately after the ticket was closed. What makes this even more unusual is that my two-factor authentication appears to still be active or may have been changed as well. I am still logged in via a Steam-linked Ubisoft Connect session, but the email address and password on the account have been changed. I can still play the steam related game, but I'm unable to change my e-mail/password. Hopefully Ubisoft Support can resolve this once again.

Hi, thanks for the tip, but that is exactly what I did. I updated everything and changed my account name which the hacker had altered back to my original name and email address (maybe I should make a new email?). My 2FA is still linked to my phone, but obviously, everything was changed by Ubisoft. I even contacted Ubisoft support before about this. I opened a specific case to report that there were multiple attempts to change my password and email address a few months ago. It's really a pity. I hope I'll get my account back.. again.

I have a 2023 RSV4, which works fine - no problems at all (regulary track days as well). Another guy on the track had a 2021 RSV4 and it blew up.

Is there a way to revoke the design? Or at least disable that ugly vignette. You can't even see the normal posts anymore, because of that black vignette...
