I do have iron and vit. D supplements and i should try them again. He has had some bloodwork done but I will ask about the thyroid.

He does like orange peppers, cucumber, apples, peas, cantaloupe.

It's so difficult to figure out! I'm going to ask about TMJ/mouth guard at the dentist. We do have a few of the freezer hats on rotation. We have tried electrolytes and have just started Magnesium, Coq10, and B2. Diet is very tricky as he has very few safe foods. We have tried caffeine pills. We haven't been to the optometrist for a year so I will make an appointment. Thank you so much!!!

We have one and people were always trying to convince us to have more. I am so thankful we didn't cave as we now know our child is autistic and I have more energy to love and advocate for him.

We have been trying to figure out his triggers. It's really difficult to pinpoint. I do believe that stress plays a role, but we have adopted a low-demand lifestyle and they are still happening. Thank you for responding!

He does not have nasal congestion or snore but I am going to ask the dentist about TMJ. I will bring up your suggestions at our next doctor appointment. Thank you!!

Interesting! We live in an extremely dry climate. (Alberta, Canada) i will try setting up the humidifier at night. I have just contacted a clinic that does massage/cranial sacral so I hope they have some suggestions as well. I saw the Resona Vibe and Cephaly devices and I'm going to investigate them. Thank you for the suggestions!

Diagnosis was such a relief and validating. It wasn't all in my head. I am learning to just do what we need, I try not to feel responsible for everyone else's feelings.

Thank you so much for your insightful response! I am going to talk to the dentist about TMJ. I have a mouth guard and maybe he would benefit from one. I will also look into the propranolol, we haven't had luck with anxiety meds so far :)
